Doctoral student, part-time teacher
University of Iceland
I graduated from Columbia University with a MS degree in physical therapy in 1986 and have been a physical therapist since that time. I am currently licensed in the state of Ohio. I have 10 years of clinical experience, primarily in geriatrics. In 1996, I was given the opportunity to teach physical therapy at the University of Iceland and did so until 2002. I returned to teaching, both face to face and online in 2012 through Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, and received a M.Ed. in 2015 from Post University. I currently teach online, am a medical writer, am a part-time teacher at the University of Iceland again and am also a doctoral student, combining my interests in physical therapy and teaching.
