I've studied at Pontifical Catholic University of Parana and the methodology they used was Problem Based Learning. During medical school, I've participated as teaching assistant at Surgery, Anatomy and Embryology. At the end of Medical School, I've been in a clerkship as a medical student visitor at UCSD (San Diego) and Hillcrest Hospital (San Diego) at 2005. After I graduated I've studied Surgery, and a Masters in Surgery Pontifical Catholic University of Parana, studying Abdominal Compartment Syndrome. My passion was Education, so I've Studied Pedagogical Faculty Development as a specialization at Pontifical Catholic University of Parana. I've done several teaching and learning courses on active methodologies and on simulation. At 2011 I've started as a medical teacher. I teach trauma assessment and emergency care. At 2015 I've been invited to join the Teaching and Learning Center at my University. In 2016 I was the responsible for the Faculty Development Program at my University. I've been organizing workshops for the faculty. In 2017 I've participated in the Course A Systems Approach to Assessment in Health Professions Education at Harvard Macy Institute. And since December 2017 I've been the coordinator of the teaching and Learning Center of my University.
