As a faculty member at the University of Calgary in Qatar, I work as a Teaching and Learning Specialist leading the enhancement of teaching and learning across the campus. Within this role, I provide educational development opportunities to build capacity in teaching and learning among faculty members as well as creating an understanding of the curriculum review process through facilitative leadership. I also develop resources for use by faculty, facilitate retreats and workshops, and provide individualized support as required.

In the past, I worked as a Curriculum Development Specialist at the Cumming School of Medicine, where I developed the Physician Assistant Program. I also have extensive experience teaching in the K-12 system and at the faculty of education. My educational qualifications include a Masters in Educational Leadership and a PhD in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Learning.
