Undergraduate College Student
Pima Community College
I'm a 23-year-old native Tusonan who discovered Pima Community College when I joined the College's "awesome" Upward Bound program while attending Santa Rita High School.
Upward Bound is designed to help low-income, first-generation students succeed in college. It was a perfect fit for me, being the sixth of seven child in a family of modest means.
I have completed the prerequisite classes needed for the admission into PCC Nursing Program. I'm currently waiting to start in the fall semester as a Associate Degree of Nursing Student. My goal is to obtain my master degree to become a nurse practitioner.
